Believe it or not, an AM radio station in Northfield was foolish enough to give members of the Northfield Union of Youth (also known as The Key) a radio show every Saturday. Originally broadcasting at the god-awful time of 9:00 a.m, they have since been on at the slightly more manageable time of 11:00 a.m. The show, broadcasting live every Saturday on 1080 AM KYMN Radio in Northfield, is NOW MOVING to the station's very own podcasting site.     First and foremost, let us apologize for the lack of episodes through August. On the 8th, there was a problem recording the show, on the 15th, only Kev-E-Fly showed up and he only did half of a show (long story), the whole cast took the 22nd off, and now finally that brings us to the 29th of August. Secondly, we are moving to a new podcasting site very soon. 1080AM KYMN Radio (the station we broadcast on) has very graciously offered to have our show on their station's podcast, rather than what we have been doing-- podcasting off of a different service. This will more than likely start with the episode on September 5th, and you can find the station's podcast here: http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=317913830 Thirdly, here's what happened "in this episode" of the show: Dan The Man, Kev-E-Fly and Antsy Adams talk about Bob Dylan lurking in front of homes in New Jersey, getting a free scorpion with your meal at McDonald's, iPhones exploding in France, and Adam and Dan learn to drop their vowels when speaking. We also play brand new music from The Twilight Sad and Volcano Choir, as well as tunes from the Smashing Pumpkins, Bat For Lashes and Friendly Fires.

    In this episode, the cast of the show flies without a captain-- Kev E Fly takes the day off, while Dan The Man fills in as producer of the show. Eventually, Antsy Adams and Maisie Dawn roll into the studio as well. Hot topics discussed on the show include a young boy in Utah who steals a car to avoid going to church. And the kids spin some tunes from the likes of the Animal Collective and the new single by Basement Jaxx.

We also play tunes by Wheat, Doomtree, Led Zeppelin and we unleash a "rocksclusive" new track by Thom Yorke. Then we talk about stuff at The Key.

Then we talk about stuff at The Key, and some news items-- like NASA recording over the moon landing and how using an excessive amount of profanity is good for you if you are in pain.
