S1E4 | Lauren Campisi - Fishing for Answers about Chevron Deference

What does a fishing boat have to do with long-standing judicial standards? Lauran Campisi, partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, spoke with host Mary Schuster about how the outcome of Loper Bright v. Raimondo – a case involving herring fishermen in New England – could have sweeping consequences for laws and regulations that mortgage and title professionals refer to everyday. Phil Schulman

Put Mary Schuster and Phil Schulman on the same podcast and you have title and real estate royalty.

Phil could’ve talked 2 1/2 hours after Mary’s first question. But he couldn’t because he had to go to Costco, that had to make you laugh.

Both experts in their field, it was a great way to kick off Oct. Research podcast. I look forward to many enjoyable conversations with people all around the real estate industry.

Professional and entertaining.

I just wish you would’ve asked Phil to show you all his trophies! That would’ve taken another couple hours!!!🏌🏽🎳🍷
