Ok, I agree Courtland’s post defending Russ was unnecessary. However, I think why he did it is the obnoxious ongoing national media, some local media, and Twitter continuing the narrative that Russ is washed. You’ve been great about giving him credit for what he’s done this season, but others are still beating the negative Russ drum. So, unnecessary, yes, but I get it. Thanks for inviting Mike Chambers to the hockey roundup. He’s a good guy, who I think, unfairly got nudged out of the newspaper world. That photo of him with The Cup should have remained private, but the crazy criticism from his peers was unfair. So, cheers to you helping get him back in the game.
