Kimberly Snyder’s philosophies have changed my life. I love how she doesn’t take an all or nothing approach, which makes everyone feel included and able to try the best we can in each season of our lives. She has made a huge impact on the health of my body through food and I am now eager to learn more about her other principles. Thank you Kimberly! Edit - one thing to note I recently purchased feel good detoxy. I was looking for product reviews, as I recall I used to see them on her website for skincare. Now I do not see them at all. I feel that it is important to display reviews from other users so we can understand what works and doesn’t work for different people. I just wanted to share that I tried feel good detoxy and I took one pill with a large class of water as directed. I just wanted to let others know to please be careful. The product definitely worked but after the morning release I actually felt quite weak and had to rush down to have my green smoothie, avocado toast and I quickly had a lot of coconut water too to replace electrolytes. I just wanted to share this with others as it is not typical for me to wake up feeling that way. I could also tell my skin was dehydrated, likely since the water was pulled to my colon. Personally I will be very careful with this product and if I do take it again I will probably drink even more than one glass of water and likely coconut water as soon as I wake up.

I've been a huge fan of Kimberly's blog and books for a while now, but I really like how her podcasts offer a more personal look into her life. She talks about everything from her travels, eating tips, inspiration, and more. It's really worth tuning into if you're looking to improve yourself, not just physically, but emotionally, spiritually, and mentally too.

Great info, but there is a lot of filler - rambling repetitive information which makes it seem like there isn't much preparation before recording. EIGHT minutes into podcast #5, titled Delicious Winter Foods, she's discussed putting slippers on in the morning and drinking hot water with lemon. :-/ Good information in need of some serious editing.
