A great companion piece to The Dark Tower!

I have loved Stephen King since I was 11 years old but never tackled the Dark Tower until this year. The Kingslingers are a joy to listen to along my Dark Tower journey. They are insightful, funny and keep the conversation moving. I look forward to continuing down the Beam as part of their extended Ka-tet and also listening to their coverage of some of my favorite King works like The Long Walk and IT!

Delightful! Follow this podcast now❤️

Ive just discovered this podcast and im addicted! I decided to reread the dark tower books along with listening to your show. I love the insights and the deep dives as you go chapter by chapter. Im only at the wizard and glass episode and, even a few episodes in, i would definitely recommend this podcast to anyone who loves the gunslinger books. I give you 5 stars all the way! -tara

I never had any friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?

Finally, I feel I have walked the wheel enough to put to words my appreciation for this show. Scott and Matt have been amazing members of my digital ka tet. All the steps to all the levels of the tower we have walked together have been enjoyable the entire time.

I found the podcast about 9 months to a year after they begun and tried to catch up by bingeing the tower books and then listening to every podcast related to that book and by the time I got to Dark Tower I had to go along show by show alongside Matt and Scott to experience this show appropriately. I almost caught up during the Long Walk but that book and analysis wrecked me and I took a break and came back.

Kingslingers as a concept was fantastic! Thank you for the dedication by providing a great show experience by releasing on time, through illness, providing Patreon content as consolation during show breaks, Do the King thing writing contest and then the culmination of live show in Derry (Bangor).

Scott and Matt are consummate professionals and deserve all the praise they receive as they remain very humble as well. I look forward to any other future projects from Doofmedia! Thank you for such an amazing Podcast! You have indeed stood and have been true! Thank you, Sai Matt, thank you, Sai Scott.

Long days and pleasant nights.
