Culture Eats Everything

Enjoyed being a guest on this podcast and really grateful to have met the team at Phoenix Performance Partners. Yes, culture does trump everything and it is always established from the top down. I’m about halfway through the series and have found value in each episode with extremely dynamic and engaging guests.

It was an honor to contribute to this podcast. What stands out to me through each of the episodes is how important being intentional is to create the culture you want in your organization. It’s easy to get caught in the day to day as a leader. This podcast helps to remind me to step back, keep our goals in front of me to lead our fantastic team towards our future.

Culture is an important part of any company. I love the focus on it here and the emphasis on its importance. Keep it up!
