I love listening to Lael and Ru. But holy moly you’re turning me into a social rider. I love my solitude on my bike and sometimes change directions to avoid having to talk to a fellow cyclist. But since following this journey I keep finding myself riding up to strangers and chatted about their day and story. lol.
