    Ep 13 Busy Bag/Boxes Part 2- Art and Tracing!

    For this episode, you will need a bag or a container (metal lunch box, plastic take out food container, or a plastic pencil box) and art supplies (markers, crayons, stickers, notepad, scrap paper). All of these materials can be picked up at your local dollar store.  This episode is focusing on keeping a child engaged for a flight, car ride, appointment, restaurant, or any other times they have have to sit and wait.     For this episode, you will need packaging foam or packaging peanuts. Cut up the foam with a knife or scissors into pieces. You will also need a container or bucket to put the foam pieces in. Use any toys from your home, such as vehicles, puzzle pieces, toy furniture, dolls, playdough cut outs, or animals. You can cut into any shape, but I prefer squares and rectangles to make building easier. Use any other toys in your home to use to make various structures. You may also want to use straws or popsicle sticks for STEM activities.  This episode is focusing on the following concepts: cold, tall, short, big, small, in, out, next to, in front, behind, high, low, on top, and off.
