Just Win: A Podcast Covering the Las Vegas Raiders

This is the best podcast for Raiders talk. Glad they are back!

The lack of chemistry between these guys makes this show a tough listen. Tashan should stick to writing. He has no personality and reflexively disagrees with everything Ted says for some reason. He’s constantly annoyed and relies on weak straw man arguments. Ted has good analysis and should stay in that lane; Jimmy was a better host. I love Vic but he’s just along for the ride at this point . My question is why does this podcast exist when it seems like they don’t even wanna be there.

Tashan and Vic are the best Raider beat writers, and Ted is a football whiz, so this podcast should be a blast for Raider fans like me — but it’s not. There are two main problems. (1) The sound quality is terrible. Vic in particular is often hard to understand. Invest in some real microphones, guys! (2) The key to a successful podcast is that you want to be a fun hang for the listeners, but Tashan often seems grouchy, like he doesn’t want to be there. Poor Ted tries his best to tee up conversation with his questions, but Vic and Tashan often act like it’s annoying to have to answer them. I get that these guys are writers, not broadcasters, but would it kill them to exude a bit of enthusiasm?
