Could it be possible that we have been focused on the wrong parts of these prophecies? Could it be possible that we have been meditating on the wrong section of these prophecies? For example: “in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.” 1 Corinthians 15:52-53 KJV We focus on the fact that the Trumpet Judgment are coming at the Last Trump. However, what about the fact that we are going to be immortal. Shouldn't this be our focus, we should be like the old church rejoicing at the Last Trump. Rejoicing at the signs that the Trumpet Judgments are on the way. Similarly with the Trumpet Judgements, for example: “And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour. And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given seven trumpets.” Revelation 8:1-2 KJV 'Then the seven angels who had the seven trumpets prepared to sound them. The first angel sounded his trumpet, and there came hail and fire mixed with blood, and it was hurled down on the earth. A third of the earth was burned up, a third of the trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up. ' Revelation 8:6-7 'The second angel sounded his trumpet, and something like a huge mountain, all ablaze, was thrown into the sea. A third of the sea turned into blood, a third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed. ' Revelation 8:8-9 Reading those could make any human tremble, especially at the thought of them coming soon. However, if we continue reading the scriptures say: “And out of the smoke locusts came down on the earth and were given power like that of scorpions of the earth. However, They were told not to harm the grass of the earth or any plant or tree, but only those people who did not have the seal of God on their foreheads.” Revelation 9:4 The Trumpet Judgment will come, but those of us sealed by God on our foreheads will not be harmed. This is the part of the prophecy that we should be focused on and the part that we should mediate on day and night. Our God, the Most High will not leave us nor abandon us and when the destruction and the judgments come we will not be harmed.
