The Diehard Funnel Hacker

Joe is a diehard funnel hacker. He loves digital marketing and creating self-liquidating offers. He recently expanded his Business Credit Workshop and coaching business, which he has been running for 13 years. He was able to practically improve his business and helps business owners get funding for their business without having to walk into a bank.

The Secret to Creating a Profitable Online Course

Joe says that if you can create what's called a self-liquidating offer, then you can literally add people to your subscriber list. That is Joe's number one secret.

The Promise

What stuck with Joe is this idea of creating a self-liquidating offer. He created a $47 course on how to get $100k in business credit for your business in 30 days without having to walk into a bank and without having to show tax returns.

By taking the challenge and the whole funnel hacker Russell Brunson community, Joe learned how to create these hooks. He created a promise and created the product that fulfills the promise. It has upsold and down sells like everything that a good marketer should have, but by doing split testing, he was able to test each part of the funnel, and test the headline and see if the offer converts and and the value ladder, and the upsell on the back end.

How Joe's Business Exploded

Joe says to take your squeeze page, your Opt-in page, and your message, and compare with another message. A lot of software can do that for you but it'll split half the traffic. After a few 1000 visits, you can determine the winner and which outperforms the most. Doing that at each stage of the funnel enables you to optimize the funnels that it's converting, which is good enough to where you could throw cold Facebook ads

Trial and Error

Joe tested a lot of different messages. Their hope of getting 100 grand in business credit in 30 days without walked into a bank took a few different tries to get it right.

It took Joe about 15 grand in ad spent and invested. At this point, he was between a two and three x return on ad spend. He spent $1 In ads and earned $2 to $3 within 30 days, but it took lot of testing and tweaking. He uses his business credit card to help fund the testing phase. He didn't have to use cash or take money out of my checking account.

Joe has an affiliate program. He and his team pay to those that want to refer traffic to them. Many of his clients are well-known and he says that the truth is that he needs the money for his business to test and tweak things.
