Lavender Mind

So so good! I look forward to listening to this podcast when life gets overwhelming. Katie was a customer of mine for years. During a meet up last year, she had no idea how much I was falling apart when we were sharing a little about our crazy lives and she mentioned in passing conversation that she had recently started a podcast. What I always admired most about Katie was her patience. Many times I was late, many times I was a mess, but nothing ever phased her and she always met me with a smile. The first episode I listened to, I was hooked. I know everything that goes into each episode is straight from the heart because that’s just who she is as a person. Eventually, we talked more about her life coaching venture and I decided to jump on board. My heart longed to have the kind of calm and joyful peace that radiated from her. She was available any time I needed and left me with great resources for growth, but she never pushed me to be or do more than I could handle at the time. I’m truly just grateful for our weekly meetups/FaceTimes during that time. It was like a therapy session, but with a friend. I always felt a little less weight after meeting with her and hearing the advice she had during each struggle I was going through. Katie has such a pure heart and I am so glad I was able to be a part of this journey with her!
