This is where we call out incompetent and unscrupulous lawyers, prosecutors, and Judges. And we talk about a judicial system that may work for the players involved in the system but not for any of us as consumers.
Our format is that we first talk about the current assholes of the week and then we have a guest who has personally been abused by the system.
And we end the show with my rant talking about the issues presented by today's guest.

In this episode I discuss the Dr. William Husel verdict. Dr. Husel was acquitted of 14 bogus murder charges while a nurse in Tennessee was charged and convicted for making a mistake. Prosecutors, like Judges, are not your friends when their personal interests trump basic humanity. Pathetic conduct for personal gain. Let’s hold them accountable.

Today we welcome a woman hosed by a system that puts the interests of Judges before the interests of the public. This story will outrage you and serve as a call to appoint Judges based upon merit & without political affiliation. Jane recovered from this sentencing nightmare and currently operates a successful business. Time to take political influences out of the process so that all of us as citizens are treated fairly. Do Legal Ethics Exist at Any Level?
Today we discuss the pathetic lack of legal ethics in our Nations highest Court and in the Ohio Supreme Court. As a member of the Ohio State Bar Association’s Ethics Committee for over 25 years, I feel I have the authority to opine on this issue and to ask how we as lawyers should conduct ourselves when Justices of the US and Ohio Supreme Court cannot police themselves. In this episode we bring to your attention the lack of professional integrity at the highest level.
