Is any of this new, or normal?
The not-so-new...ab...normal...normal? Since COVID-19 first rocked the world more than two years ago, leaders and the businesses they work in have gone through all sorts of changes. First there was the two week flatten the curve hiccup, then the longer-haul new normal, then a newer normal, then the new abnormal - and so on. Some writers have even compared the changes of the past few years to going through all the psychological stages of grief. One thing is certain, none of this is quite normal at all. Which naturally raises the question: Does leadership need to change with the times, or is it a constant on which all other changes can stand? In this latest episode, Brian, Nick, and Jon talk about what's changed for leaders, and what hasn't, over the past two years.

Love this podcast
These guys know how to interview guests. I didn’t have to submit a list of questions for them to ask. I didn’t have to answer a bunch of questions before hand. They did their homework and we had a conversation, a fun one at that. It was a blast being interviewed and I also am a subscriber to Lead.exe. Keep up the good work Brian and Nick.
