If only all the people we encounter could be fun, funny, encouraging, growth-provoking, and kind—what a nice existence we would have! Dr. McKinley has spent his life sharing knowledge with others! Such a privilege to know him!
Amazing Interviewer!
Doug is an amazing interviewer. He has a great capacity to create psychological safety for his interviewee. As a result, he helps them share more important information in more human, interesting ways that would normally be the case. I imagine he does the same for his coaching clients. The topics and guests that Doug selects provide information that all leaders can use. Listening to his pod casts on a regular basis is like taking a high level MBA class, but without the tuition and tests!
