Such good info!
I never listen without learning something and having renewed desire to steward my health in a way that honors God and my family.
Love the information when I can hear it.
Love the podcast find the poor quality of the recording of the guest mostly so difficult to listen to that it’s almost impossible to learn from it. I Listen to a lot of podcasts and they have excellent acoustics. Please consider having your guests use headphones or something to clear up the poor recording quality. You recording from you First Mondays seemed impossible to hear. I had to give up.
Enjoy listening to your podcasts!
I am trying to find one you did that involved the gerson therapy coffee enemas. Is that episode still available to listen to?
