About Tiffany Chang:

Taiwanese-American conductor Tiffany Chang helps musicians feel valued, seen and fulfilled, and guides arts leaders to do so too for their organizations.

Tiffany has been recognized internationally with awards from the Solti Foundation U.S., The American Prize, OPERA America, and the LIT Talent Awards. Her recent work includes conducting debuts at Minnesota Opera, Portland Opera, and Opera Columbus, and a residency at Washington National Opera.

Tiffany authors a leadership blog called Conductor as CEO, sharing how ideas from other industries can apply to arts leaders. Her "refreshing and thoughtful" leadership led to contributions for Routledge Press, Notes from the Podium, PM World Journal, VoyageKC, and guest interviews on various podcasts. She is also a graduate of the altMBA program and continues to learn within leadership communities across multiple industries.

Having first began her career as a professor, Tiffany served on the faculty at Oberlin Conservatory, Berklee College of Music, Boston University, and Baldwin Wallace Conservatory.


About André Chapman Jr.:

André Chapman Jr. was born and raised in San Jose, CA. He grew up playing multiple sports, but ultimately fell in love with Track and Field. This love granted him the opportunity to compete on the Varsity Track and Field Team at UCLA as well as post-collegiately with the hopes of running in the Tokyo Olympics. Though this dream did not come to fruition, his experiences along this journey galvanized his passion for the coaching and leadership arena.

This then led to UC Berkeley, where he received his masters degree from Goldman School of Public Policy and his coaching certificate from the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute. André currently works at Cisco as an Executive Measurement & Insights Consultant and have a strong interest in coaching, speaking, and talent development.
