My first lang is Spanish I’m trying to find a podcast for my sis in law and I clicked on his this podcast. Es la comida aqui bien? Is not correct. You don’t say bien and the q is incomplete and grammatically incorrect. Yes, we will understand what you mean if you say so but it is not accurate and if you want to learn it correctly you need to find another podcast. It’s hard to find accurate information for Spanish from Mexico, specifically my country. Our language is amazing because we are very respectful to others. We always say disculpe, Usted, Sr. y Sra. We hardly ever say tu etc to a stranger. I don’t recommend. Visitado is also incorrect. That’s not even a word. That’s incorrect slang for those that don’t know Spanish. It’s a made up word.

I’m mixed on this one. He breaks down everything well and almost sounds like a human textbook. But the pronunciation is often hard to listen to. It’s like nails on a chalkboard. It’s the typical American who doesn’t put the effort into learning how others pronounce words in their language sort of thing. I’m not a native Spanish speaker but I learned the pronunciations and it’s mainly about consistent effort. He also makes too many mistakes for a teacher. Saying “hijos” means children when it’s really sons or sons and daughters, while children in general is “niños.” I learned this the first time I learned those words and it’s common knowledge. I think he has potential though because it’s not too bad so far and he can improve.
