The Real Real for Transitioning Teachers

This a great podcast for transitioning teachers or teachers thinking about making a career change. Kristi does a great job explaining why teachers are leaving the classroom in these short episodes and why these things we are seeing aren’t normal or healthy. I’m a new IDOL course member for many of the reasons she outlines on her show.
