Afterglow; UnVEILING The Idaho Cult Lori Vallow and Chad Daybell's story, is a true crime story like no other. Lori Vallow is a mother of 3. Some would call her a "monster" instead of a mother. Her children went missing in the fall of 2019. As things unfolded there were also, 2 dead spouses who both died untimely deaths. Lori Vallow Daybell has delusions of being a God and having lived on many planets. As the story continued more and more bizarre events took place. This story is complicated and mind-boggling. At the center of the "Lori Vallow Show," were two missing children. Tylee Ryan 17, and JJ Vallow 7, were later found deceased. Lori Vallow and Chad Daybell belong to a fringe LDS community that is now being described as a religious CULT. Lori married Doomsday Prepper and Author Chad Daybell, 2 weeks after his wife, Tammy Daybell suddenly died "in her sleep" at the young age of 49. Her body has now been exhumed. FBI is involved. Tylee Ryan and JJ Vallow's bodies were found on June 9, 2020, on the property of CHAD DAYBELL. Chad Daybell is taken into custody finally! This episode explores the day that Nate Eaton of East Idaho News flew over Chad Daybell's property while the FBI and other law enforcement uncovered the shallow graves of JJ Vallow and Tylee Ryan. Buried in the "pet cemetery" This day was a long time in coming and Chad Daybell was arrested and hasn't seen the light of day since. Season 2 is here! WE are now getting into the most horrific parts of this case. This episode is all about Sept of 2019. The last days of Tylee and JJ! Kay Vallow Woodcock and Larry J Woodcock were becoming very concerned. They tried desperately to make contact with 6-year-old JJ Vallow, their grandson. But Lori Vallow had other plans. Lori was wrapped up in the belief system of Chad Daybell. Continue to follow this case. Lori Vallow and Chad Daybell are "LDS" members, however, they decided that they were more important, and had a higher calling than "regular Mormons".. None of this makes any sense when you follow this case. People were murdered. Tylee Ryan, JJ Vallow, Charles Vallow, and Tammy Daybell.

On Oct 2, 2019, Brandon Boudreaux returned to his home after dropping off his children at school and with Lori Vallow's nice, Brandon's ex-wife Melani Boudreaux. He then went to the gym. Alex Cox, Lori Vallow's "hitman brother" waited for Brandon Boudreaux for over 100 minutes. How did he know Brandon would be arriving home that morning? How did he know Brandon's schedule? When Brandon began to pull into his driveway, a Camo colored green jeep was parked near his home. The back tailgate opened, and Brandon saw the barrel of a gunpoint at him and shoot! This missed Brandon by mere inches!

I really haven’t followed this case until recently when I started tuning in to Chad Daybell’s trial and wanted to know more of the back story. I learned about this podcast via Reddit. It’s a deep dive. IMHO, the podcast suffers when there are guest hosts because they seem more distracted, nervous, and/or just aren’t as good at communicating as the main host. (No offense to those guests!) Clearly this is a TON of work, and I really appreciate that it was created without corporate backing and/or a scrappy budget for people like me who have an incredible curiosity and want to know the whole sordid story. It’s not the shiniest podcast in the world, but it’s really really good: informative, consistent, thorough, and has a lot of personality which keeps it constantly engaging.

You did a good job in my opinion explaining things. Except for a few things I disagreed with your opinion with the statements Alex Lori & Tylee told the investigators.
I know this is an old podcast but currently having trouble sleeping. Using this as bedtime stories. Just finished season 1.
