Thank you so much for your amazing podcast. I just stumbled upon it after searching for podcasts on perimenopause. I have listened to about 5 episodes so far. The interviews with the different women are so informative and exactly what I need to hear, as Im experiencing sleep disruption due to hot flashes. I am learning something different and new from each one. I will recommend this to every woman (and man) I know.

I just listened to this episode and I swear she was speaking directly to me about me. I've been on a downward spiral for about a year and had no clue it was perimenopause. My friend said she was going through it and I thought - hmmm, let me investigate that, which is when i discovered your podcast. I've seen a counselor for depression and started to think I had early onset dementia- my brain fog and fatigue are for real and it's scary not knowing what's happening. I'm incredibly sensitive and lost all confidence in my day to day life. I've always been a runner and I workout 5 times a week, but the weight gain is relentless. I just want to thank you for talking about this and for helping us to understand this inevitable change our bodies are going through. Just having an answer helps to deal with it better. Thank you again!
