If they could help families with severe dysfunction, they can definitely help yours, too. Tune in to this episode to find out what they are! www.lessdramamoremama.com/144

Sometimes when I ask a client to tell me how she feels, she'll say, "I feel like a failure." But failure isn't a feeling. In fact, failure doesn't cause any feelings at all until you have a thought about it. Great advice! Always learning from her!

Pam gives really great advice for all parents and even children. I listen to her podcasts in my car while driving to and from work. I am so happy I am able to get constructive advice to incorporate into my own family dynamics to help our kids thrive as much as possible. This podcast is just great! Definitely worth your time listening to.

Great mom survival skills

I first met Pam in the summer of 2020 from a Facebook ad in the midst of Lockdown with kids during Covid-19. I couldn’t wait to hear how I could be more calm and collected as a mom with three kids at home during Covid doing virtual school. I signed up for her free summer camp and a paid 4 week moms camp after that and I loved the coaching. I wish I would have had the model when my kids were toddlers!
I now listen to her podcasts every week and never miss! They are quick little nuggets of Mom wisdom that I can implement with my kids easily. And with a teenager, a pre teen and 7 year old, they are always exactly what I need to hear!
If you are a Mom, sign up for this podcast! You won’t be sorry and can listen in the car!!

Short and to the point

I usually don’t listen to many podcasts but needed something for during my chores or short walks. Raising my four kids is the main thing in my life at the moment so I was happy to find this podcast. I loved the name of it to start with ))) and then I found that I can relate to so many of the episodes. I don’t think ALL resonated with me but the ones that did, did it thoroughly!

I like that they are short and to the point, I noticed that some podcasts will just go over and over the same idea/thought and o don’t like that as it Feels like reading an academic work ;)

So I do recommend this! And always recommend it to anyone who asks for recommendations.
