Pretty Good

This is very helpful if you are going for like 2 WEEKS! It is alright but don't decide to move there and only have this vocabulary!
Not as bad as they say . . .

I am not a native speaker but have spent considerable time in Romania, and I must say that this podcast isn't as bad as the reviews say. Her grammer is correct, the accent is appropriate. Things always sound forced when the teacher is trying to pronounce everything so carefully. And while the one comment correctly looked in the dictionary and saw that "fac" technically is "I make" it is also used for how one is doing, therefore "fac bine/fac rau" is both perfectly correct and frequently used (though most people, like in english, drop the verb and just say "fine"/"bine")
Not bad

This does exactly what it promises - nothing fancy, nothing complicated and easy on the ear. Worth listening to if you're a complete beginner.
Very Very Very Basic! Not OK for serious learners.

Case and Point Lesson 9: They are trying to teach you how to say that you are not feeling well in english and they are using the word "fac" which is translated "make" and they are sayig that in response to "ce faci" if you are not feeling well you should say "fac rau". Uh, no because that actually means " I make bad", obviously someone would get the messege that you are not doing well, but this is not the correct way. A more clear response would be " nu ma simt prea bine, din cauza caci ..." It is way more complicated than that because in Romanian you can't just ask people " how are you" like in english. To do this would at times be out of place. There is however, specific versions of " ce faci " are can be asked in specific situations that elicit specific responses.
