    The *Other* DNA Structure 🧬

It's #DNADay! Let's talk about a DNA structure that's *not* the classic double helix: the i-motif! Which kind of looks like a uterus. . .

    How Earth Was Named

It's "Earth" in English, but that's hardly the universal term. Each language has its own word for our home planet.

Dreams do come true

Let Me Google That: no spoilers !

Do you ever ask yourself a question, make a mental note to google when you have time and then completely forget it? This educational podcast is what happens when you don’t forget and then make a podcast about your findings. I LOVE IT. As mentioned in some of my posts before, I am what my mom calls a “lifelong learner” which is short for “a person who feels like garbage unless they’re consuming materials that they can learn from”. I just love being a part of the conversation and the person that can say “Well actually I heard in a podcast…” anytime someone ponders something they don’t feel like looking up. In short this podcast is the answer to my dreams. Covering a wide variety of topics such as researched penguins that may have never existed, if dogs can actually smell fear, and so much more, the podcast is made up of things that truly make you appreciate the Google age. Solo host, Abby Norman, has been producing the show since June of 2017 and has accumulated 550 episodes! All about 9 minutes long on average with new ones coming out weekly on Sundays. Owltail has the top episodes as Why you hear better when it's cold and Mental Health, Maine, & Mastication. My favorites are The Butcher of Paris and What's the deal with seeing 11:11? Voice and music are both great but there are some swear words occasionally so slight warning before listening with tiny ears. Itunes has only 28 written reviews so if you’re a fan of the show PLEASE go review it. 106 ratings for a solid 4 star average. One of my new favorite daily listens.

Similar Pods: Coffee Break French, Bad Science, Drawn: The Story of Animation, The Question Booth, Black Box Down, Just the Zoo of Us, Stuff You Should Know, Dopey, You’re Wrong About, The History of Fun, Lore, Reply All, Enthusiast, Word Matters, Explain Like I’m 5
