Balancing AI and Personalization: The Perfect Recipe for a Memorable Customer Experience

Balancing AI and Personalization: The Perfect Recipe for a Memorable Customer Experience

Today's episode focuses on the importance of balancing AI automations with personalization to provide customers with the most memorable possible experience.

By using AI to gather data and personalize experiences, businesses can improve their customer experience, increase customer loyalty, and stand out from their competitors.

Even better? When you use AI to automate the things it can, there's more of you to put your heart and soul into serving your dream clients and building real relationships with them, and that's what keeps the referrals coming in over and over and over.

The episode includes tips on how to implement AI and personalization and encourages business owners to find the perfect balance for their business.

I hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed making it for you.

Want to hear something even more fun?

Much of this episode was created with AI, and all of it was touched by me to add value to your experience here with the podcast. I hope you feel both parts and know how deeply I am here to be of service to you.

    XOXO always,
    Michelle

You Have to Be Good at Making Connections Before You Do Anything Else

You Have to Be Good at Making Connections Before You Do Anything Else

In this episode, we discuss the importance of networking and making connections for service-based business owners.

With making connections and networking, business owners expand their client base, gain valuable insights, access resources, foster collaboration, build a solid reputation, and stay motivated.

I also highlight leveraging social media as my hot tip to supercharge networking efforts, emphasizing the need for an optimized profile, active participation in relevant groups, sharing valuable content, connecting with influencers, and maintaining authenticity.

Making connections and networking are critical to running a successful service-based business and should be a top priority for sustainability, long-term growth, and success.

    Some key points:

    1. Expand your client base
    2. Gain valuable insight and knowledge
    3. Get access to resources and opportunities
    4. Foster collaboration and support
    5. Build a solid reputation
    6. Stay motivated and inspired

Take just one of these ideas that I’ve given you today and put them into action.

As always, thank you so much for being here with me where we learn, grow, and connect together!

Break Out of the Sea of Sameness, with Aleya Harris

Break Out of the Sea of Sameness, with Aleya Harris

    What can you do differently?
What is your thing that makes you be able to solve a problem in a way that nobody else can? That's what they do at Flourish Marketing, they help you figure out how to be so radically authentic that you transform from being an industry leader to an industry legend.

And then communicate it. That communicating is through the story that you're telling. If you're super unique and really good at what you do, and you are, and no one knows about it, then you die a sad death basically because you've had this unrequited dream that will never come to fruition.

You'll never reach your full potential because no one knows about you. So you have to toot your own horn, but you have to toot it in a way that people understand.

People are craving connection so much and are are so hungry for it, and not even just in these times, but always have and always will.

Connection plays a big part in, in your story that you tell, obviously first you need to be connected to yourself, so that plays a part in authenticity.

I'm a big believer that there is a higher power. You can put whatever title on it you would like. You can call it God, you can call it universe, you can call it the big star in the sky, whatever you wanna call it. But there's something out there. Knows more than we do. That's the first form of connection.

Another form of connection is connecting to somebody else.

But how do you do that? Right? Because if we're really honest, When I'm trying to market to somebody, they don't really want to connect with me. They wanna solve their problem.

We can really do it through knowledge. Knowledge is something that no one can take away from you. It depends on what you do with that knowledge to say how much money you're gonna make from it.

Those two types of connections, connection to God, yourself, connecting with your audience at that right moment is what determines how you communicate your story and how you fit into the story of other people.

If you're really truly interested in breaking out of the sea of sameness, leaving your mark, transforming into a legend, then you wanna download our revamp guide. You can go to flourishmarketing.co/revamp  to download the three ways to revamp your brand messaging to stand out from the competition.

If you wanna stop fading into the background and stop having your brand and your story look and sound like everyone else's, then this guide will help you. You can rediscover your truest self to craft a clearer message and develop a marketing funnel that forms those bonds, those connections with your clients so that they forever see you as their go-to service provider.

Think about ways that you can be a guide to one client. Think about one client that you've had recently, and just use this formula that Aleya gives us in this episode and apply that one client and then go forward with each one after that. You can always relate it to somebody who you have worked with already so much easier than dreaming up somebody that you're gonna work with in the future.

Make sure you connect with Aleya online in addition to grabbing the gift she brought us of course.

Right pricing, right connections, right clients

Right pricing, right connections, right clients

In this episode, we talk about what I call "The Pricing Success System".

It's a circular shaped system that goes like this:

Have your pricing right... so you can... make the right connections... so you can... make book the right clients... because you... have your pricing right.

We're going deeper into it on the show.

Setting the right prices makes networking and making connections a more pleasant experience.

You're proud to talk about your pricing because you're confidently making connections and booking clients because of it!

The best part about feeling proud to talk about your pricing is that you won't feel slimy at all when it comes to sharing it, AND you'll want to share it with anyone and everyone.

Check yourself, and if you're not feeling especially proud about your pricing, whether that feeling is that it's too low or too high, that's another sign that it's not quite right.

We're going to keep this series going, it's a popular one, so go to this link: www.letsbookclients.com/ask if you have something you want us to address about it.

As always, this show has a hot tip at the end that you definitely want to catch!

Some links mentioned in this show include:

www.letsgetreviews.com (because when your pricing is right you're also getting more reviews!)

www.letsbookclients.com/pricingquiz to see if your pricing is too low, too high, or just right, and get actionable steps about what to do about it no matter what result you get.
