Incomplete information
They presented gaslighting as though it is always intentional but it isn’t always. Some of the most manipulative and damaging experiences with gaslighting are from unintentional patterns of behavior that have become second nature. It is abuse but done without malice. I would like to hear more about it bc it is super common to do to others and have done to you.
