I absolutely love this podcast! Whenever I’m falling back in the diet/restrict/binge headspace, just one episode of LAD brings me right back. It’s such great support for binge/disordered eating recovery and I can relate to what is said so much.

I LOVE this podcast. They are a lifeline at times and have taught me so much personally and professionally. Somehow they cover, explain, and hold ALL the nuance of this very complicated topic. I trust them and love hearing their take on the issues. They are also kinda funny and easy to listen to. :)

This podcast gives me so much hope. These lovely ladies are incredibly brilliant, compassionate, and beautiful role models who have gotten me through some dark times in my disordered eating. I am still working at recovery, but they keep me on the path towards a healthy relationship with food and my body, and give me new insights every single week in their brilliant discussions. So very thankful for this podcast and the hope it provides.
