If you want to live a simpler, slower life, the hard truth is that you’re going to have to say no when people ask things of you. 7 Things You Don’t Have to Do—To Be ENOUGH

What if instead of hustling, pushing, and wearing yourself out trying to be the perfect parent, you just RESTED in your imperfection and began modeling more self-acceptance? Maybe this, in the end, would be a million times better for your kids—and for you—than high performance ever was.

One of my favorite podcasts

I love the length of these podcasts I love the content, I find myself re-listening to them quite often and always sending them onto the other women that I know will benefit from listening.

Must listen!

This came across my feed as “You might also like this”. I thought it sounded pretty interesting so I downloaded the 29 available episodes. Then I kind of forgot that I did that. The other day I saw it in my library of podcasts and listened to episode 29. I was hooked! I listened back to back until I heard them all. So many good ideas. I enjoy the length of each episode, just enough to dispense her ideas without a huge time commitment. Thanks, Erica. I appreciate your generosity insights. I think I need to listen to them all again!

Honest and Sincere

It’s impossible not to love Erica! You listen once and you can just tell how sincere she is in her desire to help people feel good about who they are, while urging them to move toward something even more genuine and authentic. She has such a beautiful, sweet spirit and I love her insight.

Today when I was choosing a podcast, I thought, “Who will bring me the most peace?“ And the only answer was, “Erica.” Thank you for making a safe space for me ♥️
