Local Belfast Actor, Adam Dougal has created a series of podcasts exploring the mental health and wellbeing of artists (living in Belfast)

How do they find a sense of balance in the turbulent world of freelance work and still manage to stay creative.

This series was created in response to Inspire’s research that found you are four times more likely to suffer from a mental health issue if you work in the arts. Throughout the creation of the series, it soon came to light that we are all Like Minded, we all need space and time for survival, self-care and support to break mental health stigma.
