It’s finally time to unsubscribe. For months I’d just been hitting “Mark As Played” but I recently realized this podcast offers nothing that I need. For a while my listening was guest dependent but Ryen is a legendarily terrible interviewer. When interviewing a guest, rather than giving his thoughts and leading to a question, he chooses to ask a question and then immediately begin answering it himself, usually leading to a long rambling monologue that gets more and more rapidly paced. He forces his guest to listen to his long rambling answer to his own question and it’s a horrible technique. People that have conversations like that are really difficult to converse with. It’s a terribly narcissistic quality. And so today I free myself from this albatross of a podcast! Freedom!
