    You new schedule might not work with what your exercise program used to be.
    Just because it worked in the past doesn’t mean it will work now (schedule changes, body changes, injuries/age happen).

     

    In this episode we walk you through getting clear of what’s important for your health and why.  Allow the why to be your driving force when it starts to feel hard.

    Most health and fitness is based all around treating the symptoms (eye roll, we’ve worked in the system for over a decade).

     

    When you base health off symptoms, it’s lacking something:


    Looking at YOUR uniqueness and needs
    Giving you the freedom to adjust as needed
    Not having clarity on what health is to you and why it matters
    Misses the little wins in the midst of the goal

     

    Treating symptoms doesn’t get to WHY the struggle is there to begin with.  It’s just putting a bandaid on the pain or problem.  It doesn’t empower you for success or belief in your body’s potential.

     

    And absence of symptoms doesn’t equal health.

    Is it fact or fiction that being healthy is just too expensive?  

    We’re going to dig into the details this week about how it’s not a black & white answer, but you get to decide what healthy looks & feels like to you.

     

    If you believe it takes fancy equipment, boutique gyms and expensive products, you’re going to sabotage yourself before you start.  Even if you have all the motivation in the world, if your belief is, I can’t get results unless I do it THIS way, but I cannot afford that…you’ll keep staying stuck.

     

    We will give you ideas on how to be intentional about what you do and how you spend your money, but most importantly, it starts with you being crystal clear on what you want, rather that thinking you HAVE to live up to someone else’s expectations.

    While we know products aren’t THE way to be healthy & you have to figure out what’s best for you, we also have things that we love that support our health.  This week we both share things for our health, but that have also save us money!

I have always been the type of person who needed specific answers on my health. ADHD diagnosis - but why? Endometriosis - why? Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver disease at 18 - why?!
