interesting issues faced and addressed in their latest project at the IPCC. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is the United Nations body for assessing the science related to climate change.
Starting off with brief introductions, Anna and Lina give us a high-level overview of the IPCC and its role and impact. Anna and Rory also discuss the human resources aspect of their work and how they made their choices regarding team selection and resource allocation and Lina elaborates on some challenges they faced and how they overcame them through guidance and training.
In addition, Anna mentions some of the infrastructure that
supports their work. The pair reflect on some of the lessons they learned along the way and how they helped to refine their workflow and amplify their impact.
