I listen to this for bed and I meditat before going to school and I get to sleep within like 24 minutes and when I don’t us this app then I go to sleep in like 4 hours and I lose sleep that way but now I get a full 8 hours of sleep that is why you should listen to this and I meditate for like a hour or 20 minutes before I get to school because I am in middle school and I am in 6 th grade and this helps me sleep and meditate 🌺🌸🥹🤩🤫🥰🦮😘🤪😜😝😝😚😉😌😋😋😛🤩🥳🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑

I have been listening for a few months now and I love your meditation practices. Have you thought to throw in a couple longer day ones occasionally, like 30-60 minutes? I haven’t meditated much before and I just can’t find anyone else I’d rather listen to but for basic long meditations I do try to find other content. Just a thought, but regardless I will still be here listening Thanks for guiding me to finding some peace every day. 🩵

This is my go to for managing anxiety attacks. I also deal with passing kidney stones several times a year, and this has become my late-night companion during those tough moments of severe pain. It’s been a lifesaver, and I highly recommend. Jean
