My child fights getting in bed and only wants to lay on the floor! What do I do?!
Arin from Utah asks, "How do I convince my 4 year old to get in bed at bedtime? He fights lying down nearly every night and often prefers to sleep on the floor. Once he lays down, he is able to fall asleep within 10-15 minutes which makes his fighting so frustrating!"

Unlike other sleep trainers
I found Little Z’s when I happened to listen to Becca on another podcast show. For my first daughter, my employer actually sent an in-home sleep consultant and that didn’t work, so I then purchased a very popular Instagram sleep trainers program. I never could get a singe response when I had a question and was shocked that I could only access the course for so long before having to buy again. I took a leap and tried Becca’s and it was completely different than all the other sleep trainer stuff you see all the time. (For example, she will not make you crazy trying to achieve the mystical “drowsy but awake” and “eat play sleep” that may be impossible for your baby). I always got answers when I had questions, from both the team and Becca personally! I am now about to start her program again for my 4 month twins and feel so much more confident as a mom. With my first, the other sleep trainer stuff you see online made me feel like either I was doing something wrong or worse, my baby. I even love her refreshing take on parenthood in general. (I.e. don’t feel guilty about a little screen time for your tot when you have a new baby etc). Loved the episode on positive parenting. She should just do a parenting course on top of sleep consulting! I could go on and on. Thank you Becca and team for being different than others and making moms & dads feel supported and seen!

Hello
Completely not conducive to breastfeeding moms
She clearly doesn’t breastfeed. If you’re doing the best thing you can do for your child, breastfeeding, seek guidance elsewhere because this woman clearly doesn’t breastfeed and doesn’t offer support or realistic advice for those of us who are.
