This final episode of our Black History Month series features our conversation with two entertainment industry executives/authors of the newly released book, Women Behind The Mic. These women were responsible for creating and promoting the images of some of the most iconic and beloved Black artists during the 80s & 90s. They join us to "spill the tea" on their careers, challenges, triumphs and the sisterhood that enabled them to thrive in a male dominated industry. This conversation not only paints a realistic historic picture of the music business, it also offers guidance and inspiration for the next generation of entertainment hopefuls.
