    In this episode, I am exploring the Dominant Dogma of “I deserve this.” I share why this particular internalized belief is two sided, and include where it intersects with entitlement, privilege and the results of believing you are deserving in those contexts, but I also speak on when using this belief can be an empowering tool to build ego strength, grow in self esteem and validate your innate belonging. I include 3 ways you can use this belief if, after I display the nuances, you wish to use this narrative to claim your self worth.
