The Lives of Lamoille County, a podcast about people in Lamoille County, Vermont who have lived experience of homelessness or housing insecurity. Each episode features an interview with a person telling their story of the intersection of their lives and their experience of homelessness. Moving beyond stereotypes and stigmas, we seek to see the person who experiences homelessness in all their full human complexity.

This podcast reveals the heartbreaking personal story of loss, destructive relationships, and bad luck that have led Pam to seek shelter. Belittled as a child, her low self esteem led to addiction and poor decisions that have further eroded her self confidence and safety, but not her passion for a better life. She is like so many of us, but where we have found a way to recover from setbacks, Pam continues her fight for dignity and hope.
