"When you were born you cried and the world rejoiced. Live a life in such a manner that when you die, the world cries and you rejoice."
Today I had the joy to talk with an amazing individual, the whitewater kayaking monk, Arjuna Ishaya. Arjuna explains his search for happiness and how his study off all the religions had led him to the Ishaya monks. We talk gratitude, awareness and patience. This was a very unique conversation as we mix kayaking and athletics with philosophic thoughts and ideas. This was a really fun conversation and one I think you will all enjoy and gain some insight and value.
