A Brief Pause
When we pause throughout our day, it changes everything. The more you turn towards yourself and pause from the busyness of your life, the easier it becomes to settle down.
Noticing the pausing in every breath allows you to drink in the space inside of you, a space where you can take refuge and emerge refreshed and revitalized. -
Reset to Presence
Being present means that we tend to the moment again and again. Every time you notice your breath, you are resetting to presence. It is very simple and it takes practice.
I invite you to take a few minutes and allow your attention to rest in the present, thanking yourself for cultivating your ability to reset to presence. -
Make Room to Be Alive
Making room means opening to receive who you are, what you’re doing. When we make room to receive ourselves—when we take the time to really be present—we receive everything in a more detailed way.
In life, it’s very important and nourishing to make room to receive. So make room with me in this guided meditation. -
Droplets of Goodness
Lately I’ve been reflecting about how important it is to stop and recognize the simple things that are so easily taken for granted, how important it is to recognize them and be grateful for them.
When we experience these moments of celebration for the little things in life, they add up to our bank account of goodness.
Join me in this mediation and tap into goodness -
