Behind the Scenes of a Church on a Mission: The 2014 Synod assembly, called for by Archbishop Listecki, was a bold move to trust the Holy Spirit to guide us toward spiritual renewal and a compelling vision for the future. Now nine years later, the fruits of that Synod are a reality. Archbishop Listecki’s guests, Susan McNeil and Fr. Phillip Bogacki, dedicated to that mission, will share the accomplishments of the Synod.

Trekking the globe on missionary work or studying religious art in Rome – whatever priests choose for a sabbatical, the intent is to reenergize, connect with others, and deepen their faith and prayer life. Archbishop Listecki’s guests Fathers Ricardo Martin and Jim Volkert share their sabbatical stories – the “how” and “why” they took a sabbatical and what they’ve learned for their next chapter of priesthood.
