Showing up is half the battle
There are alot of things that i had hoped someone would have told me when i was younger. When i found those things out on my own later on down the line, it was such a shock i actually lost my mind. I have high hopes for this podcast ☮️

Carina not only shares her experience, but also shares tips, resources, and ideas on how we can overcome these hard conversations and how we, as the first generation, can move forward in a real way.
