very bad show today, had to turn it off. teams have plans for a player at the time of the draft and then sometimes plans have to change due to current circumstances. it felt like you guys were just rambling on to fill time.
My everyday Bengals update
I’ve been listening to James and Jake for 3-4 years. They’re very connected to the team, are regulars at Bengals press conferences and provide good analysis every day. If you listen to them you’re in the loop.
The podcast is well-planned and presents good topics. Also, the guys are accessible to their listeners and regularly engage their audience directly. Jake has DM’d me a few times responding to my inquiries. They’ve also addressed my questions on the podcast. This is the only Bengals cast worth my time. I hope they keep it up for a long time. Good guys.
Should Be Your “ First Listen”…
For fun and informative Bengals talk. Jake and James do a great job of staying on top of the daily Bengals happenings, and bring in smart and knowledgeable football people to augment the show with segments on film study, the draft, free agency in all aspects, and even the workings of the salary cap.
There are other good Bengals podcasts, of course, but Jake and James are my “ first listen” for all things Bengals.
