Joe, you are truly amazing. I’m so grateful to have you along this ride with all the highs and lows. Took me longer than normal to listen today…was just too hard. But ultimately, it’s nice to have you to help process through the sadness and the loss. I appreciate you.
Head Coach

You addressed everything but the elephant in the room, that being Sean McDermott. This ain’t year one, it’s year 8 and Josh Allen’s prime years are being wasted away with a good coach who will most likely never win the big one in Buffalo. That’s the pulse right now! Why didn’t you touch on this matter? PS I do enjoy your podcast!
Joe is our guy.

The analytical style of Joe Marino makes me a better fan. I truly enjoy his intelligent approach to deep analysis; he never gets too high or too low and encourages the listener to take a mature approach to the facts. Joe has got to be the best Locked On podcast host. Thank you, Joe.

Joe My wishes for the Bills off season follow: 1] cut Elam; he’s not going to improve 2] Trade Coleman for a 3rd round pick; Joe your original assessment of Coleman was right before they drafted him; meanwhile, Worthy is having a great season 3] Trade Kincaid; he has done nothing this season, he’s too small for a TE and drops balls all the time; not the greatest blocker either Breene has been very good on the long end of the draft but horrible on the short end…..Coleman, Elam and Kincaid are busts We were out coached again, mostly by the play callers….. They couldn’t see the push was not working? Constantly going to the Left…. All season the WR routes always seemed inadequate Allen needs to improve his short passing accuracy and consistently. Yes it was a better season than expected, but Bills could have won that game with a better game plan……The play calling all season was weird. I suppose it’s better to lose here than go to SB and upchuck again…..I doubt we’d beat Philly Breene has to get better at the short end of the draft
