I work with Tom. He told me to check out his friend Mitch's show. I was a little skeptical at first. I was wrong. Mitch, Rose and Tom, and the rest of the LongBall crew are funny and charming. Nice mix of history and humor. The episode of King Edward VIII is my favorite. Hope to meet Jon Jolley one day. Just because.
Tried but ...
Was listening to the Cahokia tribe and this guy cannot even bother to try to pronounce the word properly after 50 times... every time she starts a new sentence he interrupts her with a stupid aside that has nothing to do with the topic. Incredibly annoying and disrespectful. He probably still remembers nothing she said in any episode because he’s only thinking about what he’s gonna say next.
I love a good deep dive
This podcast does the 'deep dive' nicely - lots of content, and also lots of humor. Keep em coming!
