I’m predisposed to appreciate therapy—it’s gotten me through some tough times!—and these episodes are like a booster shot for my well-being. (I appreciate them even more because I’m a runner too, so I love that they’ll reference the sport or have running-related guests—though of course, it’s applicable to everyone, regardless of whether you consider yourself an athlete.) And, it’s given me so much perspective on how to relate to others (ep 38 on how to know when to help someone else, for instance, is a must-listen). Thanks for this gift to the world.

I love that the podcasts are on topics that aren’t always being explored in the mainstream, or will offer a unique take on current health/wellness trends. From entrepreneurship to therapy myths to nutrition, there’s a range of topics and always something interesting to discuss.
