Self Check...How Aware of YOU are You?

After seeing our girl Angela Rye post a random meme that said, "Yes love yourself. But also, analyze and be critical of how you think, act, and behave. Self love without self awareness is useless. Be accountable" I was inspired and I had to dive in! I talk about the responsibility that we all have to self check and to be aware and accountable for our own "mess!" How well do you know the parts of yourself that need work? Internal & emotional self examination is a necessary activity on the road to a better you. Remember if you're stinky you smell yourself first! Don't let someone else have to tell you about you lol! Do something about it.

Jas with the obvious being this was a bomb first podcast, you are truly inspiring. It is so refreshing to listen to another woman; a beautiful black woman at that, relate to my past insecurities and future truths. You are a rare gem and it's so wonderful to hear. The movie lover in me pictured you on stage as "Nina Mosley" in Love Jones. This was great & I'm eager to hear so much more. I wish you success in what ever path you choose. P.S. I love your take on having the "right" to change your mind. I needed that!
