    Meet Tara.  Tara has had a major identity shift in the past couple of years. She went from having all the space and time to now being a working mom with none. Her marriage has changed drastically and craves the intimacy and fun again. She also craves her old body and self back as much as she loves and adoeres her new daughter. She is feeling the "both."     Tara realizes that she’s been in resistance to the new self that wants to come through because she’s hanging so tightly onto the old self and all that she represents for her. She becomes aware that how she feels today is reminiscent of how she felt as a little girl with the weight of the world on her shoulders with no room for joy and fun.     Jasmine's Desire to Feeling Chosen & How These Feelings Mirror Childhood Wounding

    Meet Jasmine. Even though Jasmine knows on a conscious level that her partner continually “chooses her”, she couldn’t understand why she kept feeling like she wasn’t being “chosen,” which was a familiar feeling to her from when she was in the dating world. As we got to the bottom of what she’s actually feeling, Jasmine realized she was feeling like she didn’t matter everytime she didn’t receive her partner’s presence with her, which was a very strong childhood wound for her. In this episode, Jasmine learns how to understand what she’s actually feeling along with how to express what she actually needs to her partner in a conscious, open way, while tending to the pain inside and give herself now what she didn’t experience as a child to heal.     Embracing Imperfection: Allowing Yourself to be Loved in the Messy and Shameful Parts

    Nicole shares about a call she just had with a client where wasn't able to love herself in all of her "messy" and "shameful" parts. Nicole discusses how to allow yourself to be loved in all that you are and all that you are not by no longer pushing away these parts and instead loving them and bringing them in closer to welcome them and understand them. What they need most is compassiona and grace and then they don't feel the need to take over your system anymore. So often we push love away because we fear another getting close enough to see us in them. This episode is a game-changer in allowing ourselves to be loved exactly as we are now, while reconciling and loving these parts.

    Miri's Revealing Journey from Feeling like "Too Much" to Allowing True Intimacy

    You know that feeling of never being chosen? Well if so, then meet Miri. Miri has always felt like she was "too much" for others to handle for most of her life. In order to cope, she pushed away and tucked that part of herself away and only allowed the parts that she felt were lovable to show up in her relationship. She has secretly felt like a "monster" for most of her life and unconsciously protected others from her. She feels safer alone than to truly allow in someone that deeply to see who she truly is, as much as she wants it.  Miri realizes she has been tip-toeing around being herself and has been presenting a false facade of who she truly is in her year and a half relationship, so that she would be loved and not abandoned. She comes to see that the very thing she has been trying to avoid her whole life was always the thing she ended up feeling: unchosen and abandoned.  Join Miri as she presences this truth and begins to welcome back and allow the full spectrum of who she truly is in her relationship, as she first meets and accepts herself in the depths of who she truly is more intimately.
