Key to Healthy Eating and Doing It

Gianna Simone does an amazing job as host of getting Dr. Lisle to share about the "Pleasure Trap." One of his critical comments is how once someone starts down the road of healthy eating, family and friends become the obstacles to a successful outcome. This episode is very important to anyone who wants to eat and have a healthier life along with a surprising touch of humor.

Engaging and highly informative!

Gianna is such a genuine and gracious person, it’s not hard to tell once you’ve tuned in to watch or listen to her podcast.
Gianna brings out the best in a very distinguished panel of professionals that have been guests on her show. I also love the fact that she brings science / evidence-based approach when it comes to plant-based nutrition. I love to hear the various plant-based doctors discuss very important health issues and offer alternative solutions to people that may have lost hope.
