So Insightful!

Cara is a heart centered coach who knows so much about the diet culture and has found power to leave the diet culture and really just wants the same for others! I am learning so much about the insidious nature of diet culture. I’ve learned about fat phobia, restrictive eating, and overall displeasure with our bodies and the impact these concept have on our lives.

I’m now seeing that diet culture is so oppressive and keeps us from living a life fully. I’m so grateful to have started my journey to body acceptance and really learning to honor my body and really learning to LOVE my body and all of the ways it serves me! Thank you Cara for being the person who lead me on this beautiful journey! LOVE U!
