    Episode 152: “Puff, Puff, PASS”

    Episode 152: “Puff, Puff, PASS”

Trigger warning to start this episode. It wouldn’t feel right releasing another episode without addressing the Diddy news that has been in the media, starting with the horrific abuse video publicized by CNN. Tune in for my thoughts and MORE on that situation. Had to end this heavy episode off on a hilarious note with an “Story by Sully” for the ages, which resulted in being soaked with urine. TUNE IN & continue to spread the word.

Bonus Episode: “Every Nine Seconds” (Domestic Violence Awareness)

Bonus Episode: “Every Nine Seconds” (Domestic Violence Awareness)

Tune in for this special bonus episode and listen to the stories of three women who tragically had their lives cut short due to domestic violence. Your favorite host stumbled upon a 13 minute documentary entitled “Understanding the Danger: A Domestic Violence Tragedy” by WUSA9 that I think is a very eye opening piece for the listeners so TRIGGER WARNING for those who are in or have been in a past abusive relationship. Red flags are often overlooked or forgiven but love shouldn’t be painful. Anyone in a toxic relationship, I can’t make you leave but I can spread awareness on what may happen if you don’t. STAY TUNED IN

    Bonus Episode: “Bridging The Gap”

    Bonus Episode: “Bridging The Gap”

Tune in for this bonus episode as I dive into the topic of “Age Gaps” in dating and if it is really a massive deal the way it’s portrayed on Social Media. Draya is expecting a child by 22 year old baller Jalen Green which sparked a lot of backlash online. On this episode; listen to the story of a married couple with a 30 plus year age difference and as always, I throw my two cents in. Enjoy this bonus episode!!!

I thought this was a podcast for adult conversation

I have always enjoyed listening to this podcast because it is mature adults who are able to express their feelings and their views… John has always said it is OK to agree to disagree… Obviously, every human being is not going to have the same views or the same feelings on certain situations, and that is OK… but recently, when I expressed my heart felt situation about it is easier for me to write my feelings to someone then to say it face to face I got blocked…( not very mature) but its ok….. Now remind you we are told that we are supposed to be adults having adult conversations that matter, but when I said something that does not agree I get blocked… This is not how adults act for sure because we aren’t always going to agree… obviously John would rather someone come to his face and say how they feel and that is fine that is his prerogative… But as soon as I say, I would rather write what I’m feeling because it gives me a lot more time to think about what is in my heart and in my head I get told that I have a lot of unresolved trauma and I directed towards others… I have always supported this podcast, but I will no longer do so because I have found out today and others will if you do not agree, 100% then you are wrong… I don’t understand why two people having a conversation and they disagree why does one of them have to be wrong… How you feel does not make you wrong it just makes you who you are. Sorry but not sorry…. John is always speaking on how important mental health is. And I will be the first to agree my mental health is being tested….But at least I’m able to admit that… But I’m not really getting the concerned about mental health at all…The only vibe I am getting is that he is right and I am wrong. THE END. NO MORE NEED FOR DISCUSSION BECAUSE HE’S RIGHT AND I’M WRONG… SO MUCH FOR ADULT Conversations. 👊🏽 it’s always those people that talk to talk, but they don’t walk the walk. JS. He has always stressed. It is OK to agree to disagree, but that is so untrue. Smh.
